My Iris

It must be heaven that sent her down. That sent her down to remove my frown. To give me a smile like that of a clown. My runaway with girl to that other town. The perfect fit for that wedding gown. A true queen who deserves a crown.

The bold beat of my little heart, My fountain of joy and happiness. The image of a true God given love, My gorgeous queen of hearts. The beautiful tattoo of my heart, My Iris, the apple of my eye.
