Definition of terms according to Independent Laboratories
"it/us/we/our" refers to Independent laboratories
Independent Laboratories name may be shortened to i-Labs or Independent Labs
Services indicate all the different uses of i-labs
“piece” and work or file that contains information, that may or may not be intended for publication on i-labs
Author refers to anyone who is registered as an author with us, or any person who submitted the document and claims to be the owner of it.
Author may also refer to photographers.
Authors' obligations
It is the authors’ duty to ensure that they only make available to i-labs contents that they own. Any work that is submitted to us that is not from the owner should be referenced and have been approved by the original owner of the work.
Authors are responsible for the contents of any work they submit to us for publication.
Plagiarism
We are NOT responsible for any plagiarism done by authors or any other person who is using i-Labs platform or website.
Upon request of removing a file for plagiarism offenses i-labs is not entitle to remove the post without the concert of the author or person who submitted the document for posting.
All users and members of this service or platform agree that they understand what plagiarism is and therefore will not make available plagiarised contents available for posting on i-labs.
Liability
We are not responsible for any data lost as a result of using our services. Any effect that arise from using our services such as loss of profits, loss of business, plagiarism of content from our platform and other losses that may occur as a result of using our services is not our responsibility.
Use the services at your own risk.
We do not reveal author details including our contacts list and email contacts to any other people therefore we are not responsible for any of your information that is revealed to the public except that which you will have been notified.
The platform maybe under-go several changes and maintenance and disturbance and/or delays of your business may occur without notice, this is because this service relies on wix services.
Media.
Where a media source is known, the link is provided, however in the case of no link and the indicated media file is your own, you are entitled to request its removal or provide us with the link of the original media.
The media we use on our platform is not solely ours and it can be removed at any time. We are not responsible for any other media and its further use after being extracted from this site.
Restrictions
We not a political affiliated service. If an Author submits politically involved article, i-labs is not responsible for investigating it’s motive or use.
You are only entitled to request for the post to be removed for a valid reason. A single or a few complaints from a few individuals do not guarantee the removal of the post.
Adult content (pornography, nudity etc) are unacceptable to our services and will not be posted.
Notice
These terms and conditions can be changed at any time to suit the use of i-labs.
