SHATTERED LOVE
SHATTERED LOVE
Only now I have realised she was a troubled soul. When I met her,
She was happy.
Had an adorable family.
And a seemingly loving husband. All seemed well.
At least that what I thought, And what the world saw.
She hid all her wounds to deep; That it started to shatter her’
The urge to run mounted but like a blackjack, she held on.
Slow by slow
The pain coated sweet life she had, started to fade away. Her husband started to neglect
Wounds were opened.
The suffering was too much, it could not be hidden rather, Came to the open.
She was strong to hold on, but it came with a price. She was weighed off,
And she gave up All was shattered Her heart
Her love
Her life
Even cupid could not fix that.
